Those embarking on Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification have already completed the Yellow and Green Belt certifications. Black Belt graduates are skilled in using quantitative analysis, communication, stakeholder relations, change management and project leadership as cornerstones to problem-solving instead of relying on intuition and emotion.

Programs are offered multiple times per year and can be taken in any order, so you can easily fit them into your schedule.
