The Professional Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion gives you the tools to create and commit to organizational diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) priorities. The program is ideal for people managers, functional managers, divisional leaders, executives, human resource practitioners and DEI leaders.

Using research from neuroscience, psychology and sociology, you’ll understand how to effectively interact with and lead a multigenerational, diverse workforce and build high-performing, innovative and collaborative teams. You’ll be able to articulate both the moral and business case for DEI and communicate DEI values throughout your organization.

Core and elective programs focus on building relationships that foster DEI efforts, embedding DEI into the employee lifecycle and developing a diversity strategy that connects DEI goals to organizational values. Programs are offered multiple times per year and can be taken in any order, so you can easily fit them into your schedule.
